XP Home Security wont let me get on the internet?

Every time i try to open my browser it just takes me to the screen that says activate and continue without XP home security. I click continue and it takes me to another browser that says you are in trouble of viruses something like that then it says i can install it or continue i click continue and it takes me right back to the same screen.

Get a “malwarebytes”
make sure no other application is running..
or do it on safemode…
then perform a full scan,,,,
