How do I get rid of Security tool?

Security tool is this anti virus thing that comes up when I log into my computer. I have no idea how it got onto my computer but it stops me from getting into things like itunes, sims 3.. most other programs besides internet. Is there anyway I can uninstall it or get rid of it.

go to start–> run –> type “msconfig” –> go to startup –> disable that program name –> reboot pc –> done
