How to get past facebook Security check?

When i logged into facebook today it says i need to do i security check. I need to put in my cell phone number and put in a verification code. The problem is i dont have a cell phone. I also cant borrow a cell phone from someone. How can i get past it? Also can i dowload a texting app on my ipod touch and use that to put the verification code in?
