Can you still get a Security class D license in Florida after getting a misdemeanor by possession of canibus?
My buddy and I are thinking of getting our security license but has a marijuana charge on him. We’re both worried he might not be able to get his security license because most of those sites say they do a criminal background check. It’s only a misdemeanor and he didn’t do time. Can he still get it?
I don’t see how you can get a security license with a crime against you?
