There are currently two available methods in neutralizing Windows Security & Control.  One is via manual removal, which is taxing and time consuming.  When using this route, you should first stop Windows Security & Control from running to prevent it from blocking removal efforts.  This however would require some skills on your part as the virus would have disabled your system’s Task Manager.  You would not be able to exit an application as quickly as you would have wanted it.  What you need to do is to reset your computer to Safe Mode or run the rkill application, both of which would require some computing know-how.  Once the virus has been disabled, you can start to remove the virus and all infected parts from your PC.
